What is your return policy for furniture and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a free replacement.
