At ShopTheAddison, we want you to love your home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
